The development of Nature Play opportunities, utilising the extensive natural play space around the school, commenced in 2015.
In 2016 the Education Committee focused on developing this further creating some fixed natural play spaces and providing plenty of access to ‘loose parts’ for students to further extend their imagination, creative problem-solving and social development, all while being deeply grounded and connected to the environment.
Parent working bees are bringing these ideas to life and are an excellent opportunity to meet others and promote Nature Play with your child.
In 2021, the fundraising committee built a Mud Kitchen for our children.
